Infrastructure Tasmania wish to obtain formal feedback on the content and use of the Tasmanian Government’s new contract documents launched in September 2023 to ensure they are achieving their aims, including ease of use, and improved and consistent administration of construction contracts across government. The Tasmanian Chapter of the Institute is requesting feedback which we will collate about members’ concern, advice or questions about specific clauses. Survey responses close Wednesday 11 December.
