The Social Impact Summit 2025 was a welcome opportunity for GECA members to discuss and reflect on the value of social impact and how to measure it. Through the "Theory to Practice" pathway, a simple but effective roadmap was displayed for how to develop necessary tools within organisations, and highlighting potential pitfalls and tips for younger individuals within the industry. The main message was that it is more important to have a tool that can be understood and adapted to your organisation, even if it does not always track revenue, as waiting for a fully perfect system is not as efficient as growing alongside a flexible and easy-to-use tool.
