On the back of significant feedback from members around challenges in having projects connected to power, water and sewerage, the Property Council hosted utility providers and government agencies to understand opportunities to speed up connections and identify hurdles to timely services. The Roundtable was a success, with participants agreeing on a series of opportunities for industry, providers and agencies to work more collaboratively, and ensure Queensland’s future utility infrastructure needs are understood by key decision makers.
