Project Description Provided by LJ Group - Located at the heart of South Saigon’s CBD, Cardinal Court is a mixed-use residential project featuring its main common landscape areas on the ground floor. The design approach emphasizes simplicity and elegance, creating a green oasis that serves as a sanctuary for residents, seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor amenities to enhance the overall living experience. In densely populated Ho Chi Minh City, accessible green spaces for relaxation, enjoyment, and social gatherings are essential to improve the quality of life. Cardinal Court addresses this necessity by offering common areas that provide a respite from the urban hustle and bustle. These spaces are not only aesthetically pleasing but also integral to the residents' choice to live in these high-rise towers. The project exemplifies how thoughtful landscape design can enhance the experience of living in a residential development. The central swimming pool, a focal point of the project, is surrounded by various relaxation spaces, all sheltered by a multi-layered natural landscape belt. This design fosters a serene and intimate ambiance while buffering the city's noise and pollution. The lush greenery and thoughtful placement of plants and trees create a microenvironment that promotes tranquility and well-being. The program is developed on the plot, starting from the more social areas next to the drop-off entrance and the clubhouse, and transitioning to the more private areas where the lounges and spa are located. The lap pool, kid pool, and BBQ areas serve as the transition between these spaces Cardinal Court has also been recognized for its commitment to sustainability and efficiency, receiving the EDGE certification award (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies). This accolade marks it as the first residential development in the Phu My Hung vicinity to achieve such recognition, underscoring its pioneering role in promoting sustainable living practices. The certification reflects the project's adherence to international standards, contributing to reduced environmental impact and operational costs. Cardinal Court, with its elegant and functional design, serves as an exemplary model of how urban residential developments can successfully incorporate nature to enhance living standards.
