Project description provided by July & Partners - The project’s spatial system is set upon the water, with the building’s form and the sequencing of interior and exterior spaces articulated in a modern, refined manner. Transitional corridors and expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing create a fluid sense of movement throughout. In this context, the landscape’s spatial order becomes essential — it must link the various functional zones while shaping a three-dimensional, multi-layered, and richly sensory experience along the way.
The site achieves balance through the connection of three primary axes, establishing a clear sense of order. A longitudinal entrance that draws the visitor inward serves as the focal point of the design. Within the space, carefully composed sightlines frame the main atrium from multiple perspectives, ensuring that key visual moments are revealed and emphasized.
