Project description provided by ADR - The former Hořec Hotel in Horní Malá Úpa has been reimagined as a multifunctional community centre that bridges historic log construction with contemporary design. ADR has created a space that hosts a sports equipment rental, café, shop, cinema hall, exhibition spaces, and stylish apartments, establishing a year-round cultural and social hub at the heart of this Krkonoše village.
