Project Description
The project consists of transforming a former metal workshop on the ground floor and basement of a residential building in Paris into housing units. The main objective was to find suitable typologies to transform the lower parts of the building into pleasant dwellings and to densify a building from the bottom, rather than, as often happens, from the top.
